Return Policy

At Weird History Shop, all products are made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to offer returns if you receive the products and change your mind. We are deeply sorry for this, but please understand it is because we don't keep backlogged inventory. We have included size charts on all products and the heights of the models along with their normal sizes so you can correctly choose what size to buy.

IF AN ITEM ARRIVES FAULTY OR DAMAGED…

We are deeply sorry if you receive your order with any damaged or defective items. If an item arrives this way, we are happy to send a replacement or process a refund if you do not wish to replace the item/items.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a picture of the product along with a picture of the invoice or a forwarded order confirmation email at weirdhistoryshop@gmail.com. 

Please note, if the returned item is the sole item in your order, we will refund the entire order including shipping. If the order contains additional products, there will be NO refund for shipping.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A DAMAGED ITEM REPLACED...

If you have received a damaged or defective item and would like a replacement, we would be happy to send you one free of charge, provided proper documentation (a picture of the item with the damages) has been submitted to our customer service email, weirdhistoryshop@gmail.com, along with a picture of your order invoice or a forwarded order confirmation email. 

We will notify you via email when your replacement is being processed. Please allow the same amount of business days it took for you to receive your original order for the replacement to arrive. 

REFUNDS

If you decide you would not like a replacement, we are happy to issue a refund. Please allow 3 business days for customer service to investigate the issue and respond to your inquiry with solutions.

We will notify you via email when your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
